We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at REDEN CLEAN LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient cost control and effective resource allocation.
- Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work Scheduling: Coordinate work schedules to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff to achieve exceptional results.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Initiative: Take ownership of tasks and projects to achieve exceptional results.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
