Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual administrative assistant to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our executives and senior managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executives and senior managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate and implement department events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring business and operational reports, forms, and documentation are readily available.
  • Process invoices for payment, track expenses, and prepare departmental expense claims and reports.
  • Make travel arrangements, book flight and hotel reservations as needed.
  • Maintain supplies inventory, checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and expediting orders.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (fluent in French and English - both written and verbal).
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Former banking/FI experience.
  • Concur experience.
