Job Title: Senior Consultant in Sound and Video Production

At National Bank, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant in Sound and Video Production to join our Digital Practices/Studio 24 team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital events and productions that showcase our brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operationalize the control room and sound control room at Studio 24, ensuring seamless execution of live events and filming.
  • Prepare and coordinate live events and filming, including logistical planning, technical setup, and equipment preparation.
  • Solve technical and logistical problems in real-time, ensuring the smooth delivery of events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver digital events that meet our brand's standards.
  • Advise on event scripts, shooting, and content creation, ensuring alignment with our brand's image and values.
  • Develop and implement best practices for studio work processes and technological enhancements, training the team on new techniques and tools.
  • Create immersive set universes, from ideation to assembly and dismantling.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with various stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Influence stakeholders, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
  • Master post-production processes, including editing, color grading, special effects, and audio editing.
About the Team:

You'll be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Manager of National Bank/Studio 24 Digital Practices. Our team designs high-impact digital productions for employees, targeted and mass audiences, promoting our brand's objectives, business strategies, and culture.

We foster a positive employee experience, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration. Our team ensures the alignment and synergy of digital productions, optimizing cohesion and dissemination throughout the organization and externally.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience as a control room operator in a studio or similar position.
  • Excellent knowledge of audiovisual equipment and filming techniques.
  • Flexibility and availability to work outside of normal business hours.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following software: Davinci, Fusions, and Resolve.
Language:

Fluency in French and English is required, as you'll work closely with colleagues outside Quebec.
