We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Multirim Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office procedures.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as accounting software.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support the overall goals of Multirim Inc.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a private sector company.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
