Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Multirim Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
