Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective work schedules.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Prepare budget forecasts and cost assessments.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Compile and submit operational reports.
- Prepare food order summaries for the culinary team.
- Possess a strong understanding of the restaurant's culinary offerings.
- Oversee the assembly of meal trays.
- Supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This role involves supervising a team of approximately 16-20 staff members.
Work Conditions- Fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking is required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling tasks.
- Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week.
