Job Title: Hotel Operations Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with special needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain a high level of customer service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a hotel environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer service delivery.
