Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet our menu requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
