About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and assess the performance of our store's daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor Staff Performance: Supervise and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure that our store has the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
Supervision and Work Environment

  • Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
