Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1456339 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
