Program Management Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Management Director to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, exceeding $500M in value, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to program teams, ensuring successful project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design and construction phases of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Team Management: Lead and manage multi-discipline project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Knowledge Management: Share knowledge and best practices across the organization, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in program management.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in program management, with a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience with project management software and tools.
- Professional Registration: Registration or ability to obtain professional registration with a provisional Engineering Association.
- Experience: Experience managing $1B programs, solid technical skills in water/wastewater or municipal/industrial infrastructure, and exceptional client care and service delivery skills.
- Business Acumen: Keen business acumen, coupled with strong business development experience, and knowledge of alternative delivery models.
