We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
- Lead the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive growth and success.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the effective management of resources and the achievement of our financial goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or education.
- At least 1 year of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
