Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Coordination
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and plan meetings, events, and other activities as required.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Monitor and report on office operations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
