Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Orkin Canada Corporation. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal teams on the use of computer systems and software applications.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical support interactions and system administration activities.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
