We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator at The Distillery Restaurants Corp. The Distillery Restaurants Corp. is known for its innovative dining experiences and vibrant atmosphere. We are looking for candidates with exceptional digital media expertise, strong business insight, and a passion for achieving results while fostering community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize brand guidelines and resources to design graphics for digital platforms and signage.
  • Facilitate effective communication between DRC and external vendors.
  • Organize and oversee in-house photoshoots with management, culinary teams, and photographers.
  • Execute urgent photoshoots and creative tasks as needed.
  • Develop content for on-site events, including restaurant and site-specific activations.
  • Maintain consistent dialogue with the external social media consulting team and The Distillery Restaurants Corp.
  • Regularly update and manage six restaurant websites, including promotional pop-ups, images, and menu details.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce materials for significant events and campaigns.
  • Conduct weekly updates with the social media team and Executive Leadership, sharing insights on marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure timely processing of all marketing invoices and payments.
  • Order essential restaurant materials consistently.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships with restaurant management and culinary teams.
  • Foster a workplace culture grounded in respect, passion, and exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with guests, employees, leadership, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
