About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Advance Endoscopy and Specialist Centre. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Design and implement effective communication plans to engage with our target audience, including patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies.

Implement Communication Strategies and Programs

Collaborate with our team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.

Oversee the Preparation of Public Written Material

Develop and edit high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Prepare Written Material

Research and write engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts.

Produce Educational and Publicity Programs

Design and develop educational materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos, to educate patients and healthcare professionals about our services.

Develop Marketing Plans

Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans to achieve our business objectives.

Represent the Company

Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements
  • Education

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role.

Skills

Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and formats.

Language

Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
