Job Summary
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services within CB Canada. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day services, including on-call pickups, heavy pickup accounts, and unforeseen events. Your primary goal will be to coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns within the operation.
- Support safety and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in facilitating the execution of procedures and management of systems.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
