Job Title: IT Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Coordinator to join our team at Fed IT, a leading recruitment agency specializing in IT recruitment. As an IT Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 1 or 2 technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Administer access authorizations, manage licenses/software, and supervise IT assets
  • Supervise and manage ongoing cybersecurity training programs for employees
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects involving the integration or improvement of technological tools
  • Contribute to the development of business processes through automation, integration of new technological tools, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor progress, manage costs, and supervise invoicing of IT subcontractors
  • Supervise induction programs and ongoing training for employees in the use of technological tools
  • Work with management as an advisor on technological transformation strategies and improvements
  • Maintain a technology watch to identify emerging trends
Requirements:
  • DEC in computer science
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role (technical support, IT project management, supervision)
  • Mastery of Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Office 365, Office Suite, Power BI, Power Automate)
  • Good level of English (spoken and written) to communicate with colleagues and partners outside Quebec
  • Demonstrate autonomy, adaptability, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and organize work
  • Problem-solving skills, with creative and innovative thinking
