beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team in Quebec City. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of the company, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the company's quality and presentation standards
  • Supervise and train culinary staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Culinary Operations Manager or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution
