About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our AdPerks team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and publishing teams with scheduling, onboarding, and publishing content for our AdPerks clients.

You'll work closely with our Director of AdPerks Strategy & Marketing to conduct research and competitive analysis for prospective affiliate advertising partners. Your excellent project coordination, time management, and organizational skills will be essential in upholding internal processes and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales and publishing teams with scheduling, onboarding, and publishing content for AdPerks clients.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis for prospective affiliate advertising partners.
  • Verify requirements and work with the AdPerks Sales Team to gather, verify, and organize new brand and affiliate client content requirements.
  • Support the publishing team to ensure timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage communication with internal and external teams to confirm details, ask questions, and fill in gaps.
  • Assist with promotions, including surveys, contests, and promotions.
Requirements
  • Excellent project coordination, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • French language proficiency is an asset.
