Motion LP is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in British Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of client relationships during the purchase process of life-changing equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and bathroom and bedroom safety items.
Key Responsibilities- Provide solutions to clients by working directly with therapists to select the custom mobility device that best suits their needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
- Be flexible and mobile, traveling to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences of clients with needs in the community.
- Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry, or a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Long Term Care, or another healthcare area.
- Sales drive and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet the needs of clients.
- Technical skills, including experience with a Customer Relationship database (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily.
- A valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as a clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- A competitive compensation package, including a salary range from $40,000 - $48,000 ANNUAL BASE + COMMISSIONS.
