About the Role

Eagle Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Kamloops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect for new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.
  2. Qualify leads and convert them into sales, utilizing your strong sales and closing skills.
  3. Manage home projects from initial contact with clients through to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  1. No experience required, but a minimum of 1 year experience in sales would be an asset.
  2. Grade 12 or equivalent.
  3. Valid Driver's Licence.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18.75, plus a commission program and company extended benefits.
