About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in British Columbia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of client relationships during the purchase process of life-changing equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and bathroom and bedroom safety items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working closely with therapists to select the custom mobility device that best suits their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in our community.
  • Be flexible and mobile, traveling to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences of clients with needs in the community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in selling, maintaining, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry.
  • Sales drive and the ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns and meet the needs of clients.
  • Technical skills, including experience with a Customer Relationship database (CRM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to people and build trust easily.
  • A valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A clean criminal background check and the ability to be bondable.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
