Job Title: Regulatory Inventory Compliance Officer

At Société Générale Assurances, we are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Inventory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our firm's operations are in compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update an inventory of laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs) applicable to our firm's operations.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with LRRs.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on our firm's operations.
  • Communicate regulatory information to stakeholders across the firm.
  • Assist in the implementation and socialization of new technologies and tools to enhance the Regulatory Inventory.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent shown through work experience, training, or education.
  • Experience working with GRC systems.
  • Basic understanding of the legal and regulatory environment and rulemaking processes applicable to financial services institutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
