About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a strong risk management culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
