Job Title: Regulatory Inventory Compliance Officer

Société Générale Assurances is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Inventory Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating an inventory of laws, rules, and regulations applicable to our operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update the Regulatory Inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and review regulatory developments to determine their impact on our operations.
  • Request feedback from subject matter experts and stakeholders on regulatory changes.
  • Communicate regulatory information to stakeholders across the firm.
  • Assist in disseminating changes to laws, rules, and regulations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the implementation and socialization of new technologies and processes.
  • Prepare detailed status reports for senior management and governance committees.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with GRC systems.
  • Basic understanding of the legal and regulatory environment and rulemaking processes applicable to financial services institutions.
  • Ability to understand and communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
