About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at KAFT Professional Corporation. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures
    • Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Office Management
    • Manage and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The work language is English.
