About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Customer Success Centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through various communication channels, including email and phone.
  • Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Update customer records, process accounts, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a fixed schedule, including weekends.
