Key Responsibilities:
As the Strategic Project Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing large-scale, transformational projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitating the delivery of project milestones while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
  • Providing regular updates to the project team and senior management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
