Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Culture Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing initiatives to improve employee culture and engagement
- Leading cultural integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
- Designing and executing employee recognition programs
- Overseeing the performance management process
- Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Managing and mentoring a team of HR business partners
- Developing and maintaining HR policies
- Serving as a point of contact for employee relations issues
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws
Your Assets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership, culture management, and transformation
- Expertise in strategic HR, performance management, M&A projects
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Knowledge of HR practices in a fast-growth context
- Functional command of French and fluent English (mother tongue)
- Skills in change management and collaboration
