Your Responsibilities

As a Strategic Culture Leader, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing initiatives to improve employee culture and engagement
  2. Leading cultural integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions
  3. Designing and executing employee recognition programs
  4. Overseeing the performance management process
  5. Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
  6. Managing and mentoring a team of HR business partners
  7. Developing and maintaining HR policies
  8. Serving as a point of contact for employee relations issues
  9. Ensuring compliance with labor laws

Your Assets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership, culture management, and transformation
  • Expertise in strategic HR, performance management, M&A projects
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of HR practices in a fast-growth context
  • Functional command of French and fluent English (mother tongue)
  • Skills in change management and collaboration
