Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at CDSPI. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our talent management programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to develop and implement our talent management strategy
  • Develop and maintain our corporate recruitment and onboarding program
  • Research and recommend training programs to support employee development
  • Coordinate performance management and provide support to the Leadership Team
  • Maintain our Human Resources employee site and coordinate updates with legal and compliance teams
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources
  • Experience with developing and implementing talent management programs
  • University degree or equivalent
  • CHRP- or CHRL- designated, or demonstrated progress towards human resource designation
  • Knowledge of relevant workplace legislation
Work Environment

This is a contract role with full-time hours (40 hours per week). We offer a hybrid work model, with the option to work from home and attend our Toronto office as needed.
