Visual and Online Sales Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as an E-commerce & Digital Content Specialist. This role focuses on managing and enhancing content across our online platforms to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong graphic design skills, a deep understanding of digital content best practices, and a passion for creating engaging content that resonates with customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling product listings, write persuasive descriptions, and ensure accurate product information across all platforms.
  • Manage daily tasks related to product data maintenance and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to resolve e-commerce issues and optimize the customer experience.
  • Create visually appealing graphic content and marketing materials tailored to different sales segments.
  • Assist in monitoring program performance and analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating and managing e-commerce content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar accuracy.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and SEO principles. Experience with Generative AI for content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Passion for creating engaging content that drives sales and enhances customer engagement.
  • Fluency in French and English written communication.
