The E-commerce Content and Graphic Design Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and overseeing content across our online retail platforms to enhance sales performance. This position requires a meticulous individual with a dual skill set in graphic design and a robust understanding of digital content strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine product listings, crafting engaging product descriptions while ensuring the accuracy of product details.
  • Perform daily operations related to product information management and promotional data upkeep.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to resolve issues pertaining to each online retailer.
  • Assist in the production of graphic materials and marketing assets to support diverse sales channels (e.g., social media graphics, product imagery, etc.).
  • Help monitor the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and programs.
  • Remain updated on trends in the eCommerce sector, digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and creating eCommerce content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Wayfair, Home Depot).
  • Experience with SEO and Generative AI for targeted content development.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment while ensuring accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for producing compelling content that drives sales.
  • Fluency in both written French and English is advantageous.
