About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team at SPIER & MACKAY. As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update website content, including product descriptions, images, and banners, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • User Experience (UX): Enhance the website's user interface and overall user experience by implementing and testing new features and functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing web pages.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using web analytics tools and generate reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and optimize content for better visibility and engagement.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform regular testing to ensure the website is compatible with various browsers and devices and identify and fix bugs or issues promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
