Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Analytics to lead our analytics team and drive business value through data-driven insights. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of analytic professionals who will leverage analytics and reporting to uncover business value and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Analytics Team: Build and lead a team of analytic professionals who will interface with business partners to solve business problems across the enterprise.
- Develop and Implement Dashboards: Develop and implement dashboards, reports, alerts, etc. to inform business trends and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Partners: Collaborate with business partners across the enterprise to provide analytic and consulting services.
- Evaluate and Curate New Tools: Evaluate and curate new tools, techniques, and data sources to uncover business value.
- Communicate Insights: Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Foster a Test & Learn Culture: Foster a test & learn culture with the team and business partners.
- Mentor and Manage: Mentor, manage, and motivate a highly educated team of analytic professionals.
- Education: Degree in an applied quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Physics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years in applied analytics, preferably in financial services. Familiarity with a variety of financial service functions and their associated KPIs. 2+ years management experience.
- Skills: Expert in SQL required. Proficient in Python, SAS, R or other analytic programming language solving analytic problems. Expert in the development and delivery of dashboards, reports, etc. utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.
