Senior Business Intelligence Manager

About the Role:

The Bank of Montreal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Insights & Analytics group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Provide training and support to non-technical stakeholders on data visualization and analytics tools
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Proficient in analytical programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python, VBA)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
