We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Client Insights to join our Global Transaction Banking team at Scotiabank. This is a key leadership role that will drive business growth and client satisfaction through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Business Intelligence and Data Analysis

Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction. Lead the management and analysis of client data, channel activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Cash Management channels.

  1. Define and Standardize KPIs

Develop and standardize KPIs for the cash management channels globally, ensuring consistent tracking and reporting of KPIs. Collaborate with teams globally to align KPI definitions and reporting methodologies.

  1. Drive Client Insights and Retention

Utilize data insights to monitor and analyze client dynamics and channel activity. Identify trends and patterns in client behavior to inform strategic decisions. Drive improvements in client experience and retention through data-driven strategies.

  1. Support Channel Owners and Stakeholders

Work with channel owners and key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and adaptability. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business objectives and enhance client strategies.

  1. Monitor and Evaluate Performance

Continuously monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of client strategies and initiatives. Maintain global dashboards to provide insights into client interactions and channel performance.

  1. Expertise and Guidance

Serve as a subject matter expert on client data and insights, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analysis.

Requirements
  1. Experience

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or client insights roles within financial services.

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  1. Skills

Proven experience in KPI management, data analysis, retention, and client insights. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power Bi). Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Systems.

  1. Language

Bilingual: English and Spanish.
