Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience: In Business Intelligence, Analytics, Insights, Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to extract insights from complex data sets and build financial/operating models.
- Communication skills: Skilled at presenting information in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop strategic recommendations.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.), BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and Excel.
