Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Communication
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents as required.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of our office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and clutter-free.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with other software applications, such as Google Suite.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
