Position Overview

The Property Management Specialist at Jena Properties plays a crucial role in overseeing the leasing and operational aspects of our real estate portfolio. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and property management expertise.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and authorize rental agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions.
  • Recruit and manage support staff responsible for operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property-related services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects.
  • Monitor project progress and manage costs on behalf of property owners.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of operating expenses and income.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and inquiries from clients or tenants.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Security and Safety Requirements

A basic security clearance is required for this position.

Transportation Requirements

Possession of a personal vehicle is necessary for this role.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 33 to 40 hours per week.
