Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries
  • Scheduling maintenance appointments and ensuring timely completion
  • Managing Accounts Receivable and maintaining accurate records
  • Attending Board meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making
  • Preparing written correspondence and reports
  • Assisting with emergency situations and providing timely support
  • Understanding condominium administrative procedures and best practices
  • Preparing documentation for meetings and ensuring compliance
  • Assisting in communication with residents and stakeholders
  • Performing general administrative tasks and providing support to the team

Required Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
  • Minimum years of administration experience, preferably in property management
  • Training in property or condominium management is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently
  • A reliable vehicle for travel is required
  • A satisfactory criminal record check is necessary
