Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Wisdom Property Management Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
