**Job Summary**

Three Property Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial and industrial properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Tenant Relations**: Handle tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience for our tenants.
  • **Property Inspections**: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with leases and maintain the upkeep of our properties.
  • **Lease Administration**: Prepare lease documents, work closely with prospective tenants and outside brokers to lease vacant spaces, and coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • **Vendor Management**: Schedule and coordinate all vendors for work and maintenance on our properties, obtain service contracts for regular seasonal duties, and review invoicing from vendors to ensure accuracy.
  • **Financial Management**: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial documents and reports, maintain filing and record systems, update tenant vacancies and lease expiries, and work closely with building operators and staff.

**Requirements:**

  • **Real Estate Associate License**: A valid Real Estate Associate License is required for this position.
  • **Commercial Property Management Experience**: A minimum of 3+ years of directly relevant commercial property management experience is required.
  • **Interpersonal and Communication Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for working effectively with our team and tenants.
  • **Time Management and Organization**: The ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and possess excellent time management and organizational skills is essential.
  • **Reliable Transportation**: Reliable transportation is required to visit properties located throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
