WARC Logistics Operations Coordinator

The WARC Logistics Operations Coordinator is accountable to the Manager of WARC Logistics and Facilities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of WARC's research and logistics initiatives by managing logistical, technical, financial, and administrative support for the Manager and the WARC team. The coordinator serves as the primary contact for the public and facility users, which includes representatives from local organizations, research institutions, government bodies, and both Canadian and international universities.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an office administration diploma or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three years in an administrative support capacity or equivalent experience
  • Experience in database management is advantageous
  • Valid class five driver's license is required
