Job Summary

The Government of Northwest Territories is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistical, technical, financial, and administrative services to support the effective operation of our research and logistics programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistical services, including transportation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Manage financial transactions, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address logistical needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements

  • Completion of an office administration diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in an administrative support role or equivalent work experience
  • Background experience in database management
  • Valid class five driver's license

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
