Job Summary

Boulangerie Première Moisson is seeking an experienced baker to join our team in the production of artisanal bread. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management
    • Plan and organize the production of artisanal bread, ensuring timely completion of orders
    • Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards
    • Conduct regular quality checks on products
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the head baker to manage day-to-day operations
    • Assist in training new employees
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Operate and maintain equipment safely
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies
    • Report any safety concerns to management
Requirements
  • DEP in bakery or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Complete mastery of artisanal production techniques
  • Great sense of autonomy
  • Good physical condition
  • Strong organizational skills
