We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Corporate team at Rogers Communications. As a key member of our Strategy and Performance Management team, you will play a critical role in preparing consolidated financial and operational metrics for executive decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain rolling views of our performance against targets, as well as identify and prioritize business risks and opportunities.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional business acumen, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. If you are a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for financial analysis, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support executive decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business risks and opportunities
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth
  • Lead post-implementation project reviews and assessments
  • Support ad-hoc work as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • CA/CFA designation is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to visualize data using graphs and charts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communicating with various levels in the organization
  • Experience with data analytics tools is an asset
