Capleo Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business value through the analysis and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, analyzing data, and developing business cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, testing documentation, and other relevant artifacts.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure that business solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide leadership in the creation of business requirements documentation, functional and technical design documentation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on large-scale implementations.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge of Agile project work tracking tools, such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
  • Experience in working with technical SMEs and business SMEs to review and analyze design gaps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
