About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance and Operations to join our team at Blankslate Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support decision-making. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
  • Financial Operations: Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial operations. Experience in a scaling business is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting principles, regulations, and practices. Strong leadership and management skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $140,000-$155,000, commensurate with experience.
