Job Title: Intermediate Strategic Sourcing Coordinator

Our client, a leading Financial Industry company, is seeking an experienced Intermediate Strategic Sourcing Coordinator to support their internal Procurement team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team, assisting with the end-to-end process of vendors and contract life cycle. Key responsibilities include drafting documents, facilitating contract renewals, database entries, contractor labour requests, and assisting with day-to-day sourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Strategic Sourcing team with contract drafting, including Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, change orders, and renewal letters.
  • Support contract renewals, including requesting quotes from third-party vendors, discounting, and price caps.
  • Facilitate contract labour requests and create contractor entries in the contract labour system.
  • Prepare and transmit purchase orders.
  • Insert contract entries into the contract database.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk policies.
  • Assist with document administration and clean-up.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Procurement type role.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, SAP Concur purchasing module, and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous IT contracting and/or buyer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
